Nathan LaRubbio
Athletic Academic Advisor
Nathan started working in Academic Services for Student-Athletes at the University of Central Florida in Fall 2021 as a content tutor/learning assistant. He then was the Assistant Academic Advisor for the Men’s Basketball and Baseball teams in 2023. Nathan started at Coastal in January 2024 as the Student-Athlete Academic Advisor for the Men’s Basketball, Men’s Soccer, and Women’s Tennis teams.
In his free time, he likes to watch sports, with his favorites being NASCAR, NBA, and NHL. He is also an avid Lord of the Rings and Star Wars fan.
Nathan’s why is to support and empower student-athletes to reach excellence on the playing surface, in the classroom, and in their lives. His goal is to equip his students with every resource needed to perform at their highest level.
