Administrative Assistant, Office of the Dean
Hometown: Kennett Square Pennsylvania, the Mushroom Capitol of the World, and the home of Longwood Gardens.
Professional experience: I spent 25 years working in a private practice law firm as an office administrator and paralegal. Then, I served in a dual role as the financial litigation paralegal specialist and administrative assistant for the chief of the civil division at the United States Attorney’s Office in Delaware. I took some years off and lived on the side of a mountain in Colorado to raise my children. Now, I am at CCU, where I have been openly welcomed into this great community.
Hobbies/interests: I love to paint with Bob Ross, ride on the back of my husband’s motorcycle, watch my daughter play tennis, and listen to my son play music.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? I want to tour on the back of a motorcycle all over Europe.
Best concert you’ve ever attended or favorite movie or sports team? Zach Brown Band at Red Rocks Stadium in Colorado. A close second is Darius Rucker in Fiddler’s Green, Colorado.
Fun fact or favorite quote? "With God, all things are possible." (Matthew 19:26)
What do you like most about working at CCU? The dedication I have witnessed from faculty and staff toward the students has been amazing to watch. Everyone is so kind and helpful, it is just a wonderful place to work!
