Danielle's Video

A seed was planted when a Coastal Carolina University television ad entered Danielle Wolowitz’s living room. Having little knowledge of CCU before that moment, the advertisement would spark Danielle’s college choice. After touring campus, even in heavy rain, she was convinced of her destiny to become a Chanticleer.

Danielle will make no secret about her passion for the Greek Life program at CCU. A sister of Phi Sigma Sigma, she gives her sorority credit for “the connections, the networking, the opportunities” afforded to her over the past couple years.  She has especially enjoyed the philanthropic work championed by Phi Sigma Sigma, pointing out the satisfaction that comes from helping out at Myrtle Beach Elementary.

From a big picture standpoint, Danielle just really enjoys Coastal. Calling the people “awesome,” she appreciates the ease of connecting with her peers on a campus that she deems “not too big and not too small.”

“I have been able to grow, expand my horizons and meet a bunch of people,” says Danielle. “I have been given a ton of opportunities that will help me in the future.”

She hopes that future is in marketing. Realizing the power of social media and blogging in the industry, the New Jersey native would like to utilize her talents in either Charleston or Charlotte after she graduates. Describing herself as “reliable,” we hope Danielle stays the course and reaches her goals.

Danielle is a marketing major.
