The CINO Card is the University’s official photo identification card.
Your CINO Card has multiple uses on campus and should be carried at all times to identify yourself as a member of the University community.
- Gain access to the residence halls, HTC Student Recreation Center, Kimbel Library, and many campus events.
- Borrow books from Kimbel Library.
- Pick up tickets to athletic and cultural events.
- Use meal plan at on-campus dining facilities.
- Pay for food and services on-campus with CINO Cash.
- CINO Cash can also be used at select off-campus locations.
- Log in to your account to make deposits and view meal plan balance and transaction history.

The CINO Card office is located in Sands Hall, and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

How do I upload my photo for my CINO Card?
What do I do if I misplaced my CINO Card?
As soon as you notice that your CINO Card has been misplaced you should report it lost via the GET mobile app. You can do this on the app under the settings icon. This will place all functions of the card on hold so no one can use your card for access or purchases. If you find your card before replacing it, you can go back to the GET app and report it found and continuing using your card. If after a little searching you determine you need to get a replacement, you can do so by visiting the CINO Card Office in Sands Hall, 101. Please note, there is a $20 fee to replace lost CINO Cards.
What is the GET Mobile app?
The GET Mobile app is your access to your CINO Card account. You can download the app on your device via Google Play or the Apple App Store. You can also log in via the GET webpage.
Where can I spend CINO Cash?
CINO Cash can be used at many locations, both on and off campus. Click here for a current list of locations accepting CINO Cash. Please note, CINO Cash is accepted at the merchant’s discretion. If a location on this list is no longer accepting CINO Cash please contact the CINO Card office at 843-349-4000 or email@example.com.
How can I see my remaining meal swipes/ Dinning Dollars/ CINO Cash?
Log into your CINO Card account via the GET Mobile app or GET webpage to view all of your balances.
How can I add funds for printing on campus?
Once you have exhausted the "free printing" funds you can use CINO Cash for on campus printing.
How can I claim my ticket to athletic events?
Students will need to claim tickets to athletic events online. If you are experiencing difficulties retrieving an athletic event ticket please contact the Chanticleer Athletics Ticket office at 843-347-8499.
I think I have an incorrect meal swipe/ Dinning Dollars usage. How can I resolve this?
Contact the CINO Card office (843-349-4000/ firstname.lastname@example.org/ Sands Hall, 101) and provide detailed information about the transaction in question. CINO Card staff will work with the CCU Food Crew to determine if an adjustment should be made.
