As soon as you notice that your CINO Card has been misplaced you should report it lost via the GET mobile app.  You can do this on the app under the settings icon.  This will place all functions of the card on hold so no one can use your card for access or purchases.  If you find your card before replacing it, you can go back to the GET app and report it found and continuing using your card.  If after a little searching you determine you need to get a replacement, you can do so by visiting the CINO Card Office in Sands Hall, 101.  Please note, there is a $20 fee to replace lost CINO Cards.

The GET Mobile app is your access to your CINO Card account.  You can download the app on your device via Google Play or the Apple App Store.  You can also log in via the GET webpage.

CINO Cash can be used at many locations, both on and off campus.  Click here for a current list of locations accepting CINO Cash.  Please note, CINO Cash is accepted at the merchant’s discretion.  If a location on this list is no longer accepting CINO Cash please contact the CINO Card office at 843-349-4000 or cinocard@coastal.edu.

Log into your CINO Card account via the GET Mobile app or GET webpage to view all of your balances.

Once you have exhausted the "free printing" funds you can use CINO Cash for on campus printing.

Students will need to claim tickets to athletic events online.  If you are experiencing difficulties retrieving an athletic event ticket please contact the Chanticleer Athletics Ticket office at 843-347-8499.

Contact the CINO Card office (843-349-4000/ cinocard@coastal.edu/ Sands Hall, 101) and provide detailed information about the transaction in question.  CINO Card staff will work with the CCU Food Crew to determine if an adjustment should be made.
