An anonymous reports platform that allows our CCU community members to report concerning incidents or behaviors via text or email.

RealResponse can be utilized to report a wide range of issues or concerns, such as harassment, sexual misconduct, safety concerns, bullying, discrimination, or any other type of misconduct or policy violation you experience within our CCU campus community.

RealResponse allows you to submit reports without revealing your identity.

When utilizing RealResponse you will be able to effectively communicate with a staff member without providing your personal information. Two-way conversations through e-mail or text occur in a safe space reducing angst and

barriers for communication. Allowing you to remain anonymous while staying in communication with administrative staff who can help address your concern.

Allowing users to submit reports without revealing their identity, is one way we hope to build a healthy culture of reporting. We understand that allowing for true anonymity for our users, we can encourage people to report sensitive issues or concerns without fear of retaliation, which will only enhance the type of reports we receive and how to best address the issues happening on our campus.

We want to empower users to choose to the reporting avenue that is most convenient for them. If that is text, great, if not then we have email. We just want our community to report. The flexibility ensures that our community can easily access the reporting system using the communication tools they are familiar with.

Once you submit your report, you will receive an automated response with CCU resources should you need them. At the same time, the platform is alerting the appropriate administrators so that they can review it and take appropriate action or reach out for more information.

RealResponse allows administrators to follow-up directly with the reporter if additional information is needed or to provide updates on the status of the reported issue. As a reporter, you can engage as much or as little as you feel comfortable doing.

RealResponse is designed to maintain the confidentiality of reporters and the information they provide. We want to empower our users and to do that

effectively trust is key in doing that. The ability to offer confidentiality to our users, helps us build trust in the reporting process and encourages more people to come forward with their concerns.
