The Advanced Placement Institute (APSI) at Coastal Carolina University will be held in June. BC is June 20th-29th and AB is June 15th-June 26th (with the 19th off). The Institute is funded by a grant from the S.C. Department of Education. The courses will help high school teachers become AP certified for BC or AB Calculus and earn three graduate credits.
This AP Institute is endorsed by the College Board and supported by the S.C. Department of Education. Course instruction is provided by CCU faculty and a College Board-certified consultant.
Coastal Carolina University
Participating teachers who complete the program will receive 3 graduate credits. Your costs: Tuition for the course is free. You are required to pay a $150 registration fee (payment instructions on Registration Application) and the $45 application fee for graduate credit enrollment.

1. Complete the Registration Application - 2022 Registration Form (available closer to the start of the institution)
2. Complete the application for graduate credit enrollment - https://www.coastal.edu/graduatestudies/applynow/
Select the Non-Degree Graduate Education Application. In the "Application Type" section of the application, you will indicate the following preferences:
- Semester: Summer 1
- Program of Study: Graduate non-degree education
- Specialization of Study: AP Institute
