Video: CCU celebrates service excellence during International Customer Service Week

Every day at Coastal Carolina University is a chance to "feel the teal," and the Teal Nation community took some time Oct. 1-5 to celebrate just what that means.

Feel the Teal is a service excellence initiative on campus that focuses on cultivating pride, encouraging growth, and providing continuous training and resources for the University community. It was launched in 2012 and is committed to meet the needs of students, faculty, staff, families and visitors in a manner that is faster, friendlier and easier and treats everyone with care, courtesy and respect.

The celebration of International Customer Service Week included appreciation stations, social media and service excellence training, a history tour, and a Feel the Teal "refresher" course.
