The Early Childhood Development Center at Coastal Carolina University that launched in August 2018 recently saw its first 12 students graduate to kindergarten.

A graduation ceremony was held on May 31 with the students' parents and families in attendance. Each graduate wore a cap and gown, complete with a teal tassel, and shook hands with director Angela Huggins and Dean of the Spadoni College of Education Ed Jadallah upon receiving their certificate.

The childhood center is currently running summer camp for ages 3-10 and registration for fall classes is now open. Visit coastal.edu/childdevelopmentcenter.
