Director of Advising, Wall College of Business
In 2019, Kara Schultz began working at CCU. Her experience as an academic advisor spans over 15 years. She has worked for non-profit organizations, two-year colleges, and four-year colleges. At Northeastern University, she earned an EdD in Higher Education Leadership. As a graduate of Amberton University, she earned a Master of Arts in Professional Development, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History from Coker College.
Kara enjoys traveling, reading, and serving her community through non-profits like Jason's House. Stop by her office to see the travel pictures that decorate her office walls and discuss a new book. Kara's number one advice for students is to enjoy your college experience and explore different classes. Having changed her major three times, Kara understands the feeling of being overwhelmed by options and excitement when deciding what path to take academically.
