Dr. Roberts was once involved in months-long round of the board game Diplomacy in which he role played as Franz Joseph I, Emperor of Austria-Hungary.  Dr. Roberts's interpretation of Franz Joseph was unconventional, and saw a "frat bro" version of Franz Joseph prank his fellow European leaders by repeatedly sending them replicas of Austro-Hungarian WWI propaganda posters.
