All Computing Sciences faculty members have time dedicated to assisting students out of class. These are hours when faculty are in their offices ("office hours") available for student assistance.
- Monday: 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. & 3:50 p.m. to 4:20 p.m.

Biography
Crystal Cox is an associate professor of computer information systems at Coastal Carolina University. She completed her undergraduate degree in computer science here at Coastal, where she graduated as valedictorian. After graduation, she worked as a programmer/analyst at Horry Telephone Cooperative in Conway, S.C. while pursuing her M.S. in computer information systems. She returned to CCU as an instructor and later assistant professor after earning her Ph.D. in computer information systems from Nova Southeastern University. Her research focuses on security pattern languages and aspect-oriented programming.
