The 2024 Ed’s Hurricane Hustle & Expo will be held on the campus of Coastal Carolina University @ Brooks Stadium located at 540 University Blvd, Conway, SC on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This year’s Expo is being sponsored by ABC-15, Coastal Carolina University, The Myrtle Beach South Carolina Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints & JustServe. The primary focus of the Hurricane Expo is to improve hurricane preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation in order to save lives and property throughout the Grand Strand and surrounding areas. The Hurricane Expo will feature various Government agencies, non-profit organizations and vendors from the local area that specialize in hurricane preparedness, response, and recovery. ABC-15’s Chief Meteorologist Ed Piotrowski will serve as the guest speaker and will discuss the 2024 forecast as well as the impacts of historical storms in our area.
