Menassie Ephrem, Ph.D., has been a member of the CCU community since 2003.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Asmara University in 1986 and a Master of Science in mathematics from Addis Ababa University in 1990. He earned a Ph.D. from Arizona State University in 2003 before joining Coastal Carolina University as an assistant professor.

Ephrem studies functional analysis; his specialties include Graph C*-algebras and wavelets.
