Nicholas Pritchard, Ph.D., is a professor of statistics and has been a faculty member at CCU since 2008. He thoroughly enjoys leading students through the study of statistics.
His areas of research are categorical data analysis, group testing, statistics education, and sports analytics in which he has several publications. In addition, he enjoys collaborating on projects with faculty from other disciplines. He earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Freed Hardeman University in 2002, a master’s degree in statistics from Mississippi State University in 2004, and a Ph.D. in statistics from the University of South Carolina in 2008.
In his spare time, Pritchard enjoys reading books about World War II, watching football, cooking, and spending time with his wife, two children, and dog.
