Congratulations! Before the big day, there are a few tasks to complete. Review the links below for important information and deadlines.
Undergraduate and graduate degree candidates are to arrive at the HTC Center no later than one hour prior to the start of their ceremony. Please enter at Gate 3, back corner entrance of the HTC Center, to prepare. Please arrive dressed in your regalia as time will be limited. Valuables/purses should not be brought with you as there is no secure storage available. Be sure to make prior arrangements to get tickets to guests. Designated graduate parking will be in the lots surrounding Hicks Dining Hall; follow the posted "Graduate Parking" signs. To ensure a quick and safe exit, graduates are urged to make arrangements before commencement to meet family and friends after the ceremony at a designated location outside of the HTC Center.
