Gilman-McCain Scholarship 
DEADLINE: 
Aug. 1, 2024 
Provides awards of $5,000 for undergraduate child and spousal dependents of active or activated United States military personnel during the time of application to study or intern abroad. Applicants must be recipients of any type of Title IV federal financial aid during the time of application or provide proof that they will be receiving Title IV federal financial aid during their study abroad program or internship. Michael Moody Fitness Scholarship 
DEADLINE:  
Aug. 1, 2024 (or until they receive 1,000 applicants) 
$1,500 awarded to a student who has demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in the health and fitness related fields. The student may use the money for education-related expenses, including tuition, fees, books, supplies, room, and board.   

Schwarzman Scholarship 
DEADLINE:  
Sept. 12, 2024  
Fully-funded one-year master’s degree and leadership program at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. Must be proficient in English. Contact Schwarzman Campus Representative Judith Zang if interested in university nomination.  

Marshall Scholarship 
DEADLINE: 
Sept. 24, 2024 
Funds a degree in the UK for students who demonstrate outstanding academic merit, leadership potential, & ambassadorial potential. US citizenship required. Contact Marshall Campus Representative, Judith Zang. 

McCall MacBain Scholarship 
DEADLINE: 
Sept. 25, 2024 
The McCall MacBain Scholarship offers 30 full graduate scholarships (tuition, fees, and stipend) to McGill University and provides students with the mentorship, interdisciplinary learning, and global community they need to accelerate their impact on the world. Open to all disciplines. Applicants must have exceptional character, community engagement, leadership potential, entrepreneurial spirit, academic strength, and intellectual curiosity. 

In addition to the above full scholarship awards, Canadian applicants will be eligible for up to 30 Finalist Awards ($10,000) and up to 28 Regional Awards ($5,000). Finalist Awards may be used for full-time master’s or professional studies at McGill, while Regional Awards are tenable at any public university in Canada. All other applicants, including U.S. applicants, are eligible for 20 International Finalist Awards ($20,000). The International Finalist Awards may be used for full-time master’s or professional studies at McGill. 

Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Graduate Fellowship

Provides funding for graduate studies for individuals seeking a career in the Foreign Service of the U.S. Department of State. It welcomes the application of members of minority groups historically underrepresented in the State Department, women, and those with a demonstrated financial need for graduate school. Based on the fundamental principle that diversity is a strength in our diplomatic efforts, the program values varied backgrounds, including ethnic, racial, social, and geographic diversity. Must be seeking graduate studies for Fall 2023 in an area relevant to the Foreign Service, be a U.S. citizen, and have a minimum GPA of 3.2. 

American Australian Association Scholarship 
DEADLINE: 
Sept. 30, 2024 
There are three scholarships available that have a mission of building enduring connections where culture, commerce and community come together to open the door to boundless possibility. 

The Graduate Education Fund provides up to $40,000 to individuals undertaking or planning to undertake full-time graduate level study at an accredited educational institution in Australia. 

The Arts Fund provides up to $5,000 to emerging or early career artists undertaking or planning to undertake artistic development in Australia. Supports artists in the fields of theatre, film, television, dance, music, visual arts, design, literature, photography and fashion. 

The Veterans’ Fund provides up to $40,000 to American Veterans undertaking or planning to undertake full-time undergraduate or graduate level study in any disciplinary field, at an accredited educational institution in Australia. 

Luce Scholars Program

The Luce Scholars Program provides stipends, language training, and individualized professional 13-month placement in Asia for 18 Luce Scholars each year. Scholars can come from a variety of fields, with a range of backgrounds and experiences. Preference for applicants who have had limited exposure to Asia. The mission of the Program is to forge stronger relationships across geographic borders by creating opportunities for young Americans to deepen their ties and understanding of the countries, cultures, and people of Asia.    

Knight-Hennessy Scholarship

Oct. 9, 2024 
Funding for graduate studies at Stanford. Applicants must apply, be accepted, and enroll in the Stanford graduate degree program. Seeks independence of thought, leadership, and civic mindset. The Campus Contact for the K-H Scholarship is Judith Zang. 

Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship 
DEADLINE: 
Oct. 10, 2024 (opens mid-August) 
Enables students of limited financial means (must be a Pell Grant recipient) to study or intern abroad. US citizenship required. Contact Gilman Campus Representative, Judith Zang

National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship (NSF GRFP) 
DEADLINE: 
Oct. 15, 2024 
Funds students in a research-based Master’s or PhD in a GRFP supported field. Provides a three-year annual stipend of $37,000, a $16,000 cost of education allowance for tuition and fees (paid to the institution), and access to professional development opportunities. Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or permanent resident. Must be enrolled in an accredited U.S. graduate program. 

Payne International Development Fellowship 
DEADLINE: 
Oct. 24, 2024 
Provides up to $104,000 in benefits over two years for graduate school, internships, and professional development activities to individuals seeking a career in the Foreign Service of the U.S. Department of State. Encourages the application of individuals from historically underrepresented groups in the Foreign Service as well as those with financial need. Must be U.S. citizens; minimum GPA of 3.2.
