• To call an off-campus number, dial the 10-digit number: 843-000-0000.
The In-Office Telephone/VoIP handsets (Yealink T48S IP) provide employees with feature improvements such as touch-screen and expanded menu options, including, but not limited to:
· Color touch-screen with user-customization capabilities
· Customized directory, including blacklisting capabilities
· Call history
· Handset, headset and speakerphone options
· Call transfers: attended, semi-attended or blind transfers
· Call forwarding: always, busy, no answer
· Do not disturb
