Lunch/Executive Session (legal update, personnel and contractual matters)
Lunch will be served at approximately 12:30 p.m. and Executive Session will begin at that time. The first committee meeting will follow Executive Session at approximately 1:30 p.m. It is anticipated that each of the committee meetings will be held for an hour, but some committee meetings may take longer or shorter than anticipated.
