First-Year Students

Orientation is a great way to get an introduction to campus and your new role as a Coastal Carolina University student.  However, orientation is just the beginning--there’s a lot that you can do to get ready for this new challenge.

Your education is your responsibility, so here are some helpful resources and tips from the Wall College of Business Academic Advisers to help you make your first year a success!

Important business courses for your first year include CSCI 110 (Business Applications); CBAD 120 (Intro to Global Business); Math (based on the placement exam, Calculus required); UNIV 110B (FYE for Business).
