During the first half of your first semester  

  • Attend classes regularly and practice good time management and study skills.
  • UNIV 110B (FYE) and PDA 110B classes help you learn about college and business programs.
  • Get involved with Wall College of Business and Campus student events and organizations.
  • Use appropriate etiquette in class and when communicating with professors or university staff.
  • Talk with your professors and adviser when you need help.
  • Use Academic Support Services early and often.
  • Be aware of drop/add and withdrawal deadlines and course load requirements.
  • Remember the minimum number of credits for full-time status is 12. 
  • Check your midterm grades on WebAdvisor and make adjustments to ensure your success and ask professors and your adviser for help.
  • Want to finish early? Consider accelerated degree programs.
