Spring Class of 2021, who says that turning your tassel has to be a hassle? Join us, this week, for the virtual #CCUGRAD Week, sponsored by the CCU Office of Alumni Relations. This week-long event is dedicated to preparing the Spring Class of 2021 for their Commencement Weekend. Be sure to add the below events to your calendar, and don’t forget to join the #CCUGRAD Week fun on Facebook by following @CCUGRAD.
Listen out for the daily code word! At the end of the daily virtual events, the presenters will provide a code word. Students who correctly submit all four code words will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a CCU Alumni Prize Pack! Submissions are due by Midnight on Friday, March 26. The code word submission form can be found here.
Monday, March 22 - Look Like A #CCUGRAD
Are you ready to get your cap and gown? Cindie Salmon from the Chanticleer Bookstore will share information on all the available #CCUGRAD swag and how to get yours.
Tuesday, March 23 - #CCUGRAD Photo Day
The Office of Alumni Relations in partnership with GradImages will be hosting #CCUGRAD photo day on Tuesday, March 23, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Students eligible to graduate can sign up for a time to have their photo taken in Blanton Park by GradImages. There is no cost associated with having a photo taken and you are not required to have your regalia to participate. Proofs of the photos will be emailed to your CCU email address along with ordering information 72 hours after the event. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled for Wednesday, March 24, and you will be notified via email.

Wednesday, March 24 - Becoming A #CCUGRAD
Representatives from the Office of the Registrar will answer some of the most frequently asked questions by students preparing for graduation, such as: How do I know if I’m graduating? Will my name be in the printed program? When will I receive my diploma? Where do I purchase my academic honor stole?
Thursday, March 25 - #CCUGRAD Tickets
Need to know how to secure seats for your friends and family? If so, the manager of Ticketing and Patron Services at CCU will provide a step-by-step guide for claiming your commencement tickets and answer some popular questions that are typically asked leading up to Commencement Weekend.
Friday, March 26 - #CCUGRAD Resources
Whether your next step is entering the job market or applying for grad school, learn about all the resources available to help #CCUGRADs with their next step - including a network of over 38,000 alumni! Presenters include representatives from Career Services, the Office of Alumni Relations, and Financial Aid and Scholarships.
