The mission of the Coastal Real Estate Society is to empower students to actively connect theoretical knowledge with practical application in the dynamic real estate sector, fostering a seamless transition from academia to impactful industry contributions. Society meetings include guest speaking events, site tours, panel discussions and social events. The society prepares its members for a world in which the business of real estate remains local while also becoming increasingly global. The society provides career advice and professional development opportunities through resources on campus and through contacts in the real estate industry. Speakers include local and regional leaders, along with government officials, who discuss a wide range of pertinent topics.
Students can join the society for $10/semester on Coastal Connections.
