Touchless Drive-through Express Check-in

Our Touchless, Drive-through Express Check-in process will be between Wednesday, August 12 and Sunday, August 16. This process will allow residents and their helpers to drive-through our welcome tents to confirm their arrival, without leaving their vehicle. Residents will receive their move-in identification placard, CINO Card and room key at the welcome tents before continuing on to their housing assignment. University Housing Touchless Drive-through Express Check-in will be:

New Residents and Transfers
- Wednesday, August 12 through Friday, August 14
- 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Returning Residents
- Saturday, August 15 and Sunday, August 16
- 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Once you have your room key, you can head to your building and start moving in. Keep in mind all residents and their helpers are expected to follow the move-in guidelines.

Only residents who have completed the action items below will be eligible to check-in to University Housing:

Housing Application and Meal Plan, Log into MyCoastalHome
Class Registration, Log into WebAdvisor
Health and Immunization Requirements, Log into My Student Health Services (new students and transfers only)
Account Balance Paid, Log into WebAdvisor
Upload CINO Card Photo (new students and transfers only)

Residents who have not completed these items prior to their scheduled appointment will be directed to the Williams-Brice Recreation Center (Campus Map for Move-In) for additional assistance completing the required actions. Advance Drop and Go residents returning to campus will need to complete these items prior to receiving keys and CINO Card.

How do you know if you have completed the action items above and eligible for Touchless, Drive-through Express Check-in?

Approximately 24-48 hours prior to your move-in appointment, you will receive a move-in reminder email.

If you have completed the tasks above, the email will include a unique QR Code which you will need to print or have saved on your phone. It is your ticket into the Express Check-In Process.
If you have not completed one of the tasks above, your email will instruct you to go to Williams-Brice Recreation Center (Campus Map for Move-In) first. Once you are done there, you will get a QR Code pass and can go through Express Check-In.
