Microsoft 365 for CCU faculty and staff
Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based service providing Coastal Carolina University email and collaboration services. Utilize the information below and the navigation links to learn more about Microsoft 365 for faculty and staff.
All official university communications are sent and received through Microsoft 365 Outlook email.
Access Microsoft 365 Outlook email by logging into https://login.microsoftonline.com/ using your full CCU email address (username@coastal.edu) and your password. Choose Work or school account when you are prompted. Once logged in, click on the Outlook icon.

- Multi-factor authentication security is required for all CCU user accounts. To update your MFA settings, visit your Microsoft Security Info account settings page.
- You may also utilize the Outlook program on your computer.

- Faculty and staff have 1 terabyte (1024GB) of file storage space on cloud-based OneDrive – a virtual flash drive that allows you to edit your documents in Microsoft 365 online from any device.
