Continuing Education:

Please check with your professional board regarding the regulations on who they accept as CE providers. This seminar issues CEUs via the following venues:

  • Nursing CEUs via CEU Network (7 CEUs)

    • NCCDP uses CEU Network (ceunetwork.org), a nursing CEU broker. CEU Network is an independent organization and NCCDP does not approve applications for CEUs nor collect the fees for them.

    • Currently, the following Nursing CEUs are approved for Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington DC, Washington State, and West Virginia.

    • CEU Network charges $4.00 per contact hour (our class is 7 contact hours/continuing education units = $28). The CEU Network application is in the last tab of the student handout notebooks for both the ADDC and the Montessori class. There is a brief quiz and instructions for the nurse to make the check for payment to CEU Network and the address for their location in Virginia.

  • National Administrators Board (NAB)

  • Nevada Social Work Board (NSWB)

    • Note – most other state-level social work boards reciprocate CEUs based on Nevada’s acceptance.

  • National Council for Certified Activity Professionals (NCCAP)
