Client Support Services, a unit within ITS, manages and provides a variety of technology services that benefit CCU faculty, staff, students, affiliates, volunteers, guests, and the campus at large:

  • Provide technology help desk services for faculty, staff, and others (ITS Service Center)
  • Provide student technology help desk services (Student Computing Services)
  • Improve and upgrade classroom and academic technology on campus
  • Perform computer refresh and other technology consultation services

The Office of Academic Technology (a unit of the College of Graduate and Continuing Studies) provides support and training for the campus' learning management system (Moodle) and third-party tools for Moodle, such as YuJa, Verity, Panorama, Turnitin, publisher tools, and others.
