How do I know if I am eligible for check-in and have completed all the required items?
All residents receive an email approximately 24-48 hours prior to their move-in appointment.
- If you have completed the tasks above, the email will include your Check-in Pass with a unique QR Code. You will need to print or have saved on your phone. It is your ticket into the check-In process. It will also be visible in MyCoastalHome.
- If you have not completed one of the tasks above, your email will instruct you on your next steps. Once you have completed the required task, you will get your Check-in Pass with the QR Code and can go through check-In.
