License Agreement Release Request Process

The Intent to Vacate form allows residents to communicate their request to depart from University Housing, and share information that justifies release. All residents who sign the License Agreement, including those not required to live in University Housing, must submit an Intent to Vacate in order to be considered for release.

Review the information below prior to submitting a request and do not make any alternative housing arrangements until you have received a decision. Otherwise if you are denied, you'll be responsible for multiple housing payments.

The Intent to Vacate form is located in MyCoastalHome. If you have any questions about the process, contact University Housing.
